Ingredients
  

  • 4 split chicken breasts skinless, boneless
  • 14 oz. container BUENO® Frozen Red Chile
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. BUENO® Oregano crushed
  • tsp. ground oregano

Instructions
 

  • Cut raw chicken into strips. Place in a deep baking dish.
    4 split chicken breasts
  • In a bowl, combine red chile puree, garlic, salt and oregano.
    14 oz. container BUENO® Frozen Red Chile, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. BUENO® Oregano, ⅛ tsp. ground oregano
  • Pour chile mixture over poultry.
  • Marinate in refrigerator up to 24 hours.
  • Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
