
Hatch Chile Burgers
These Hatch Chile Burgers are perfect for summer grilling! Hatch Green Chile makes ordinary burgers extraordinary! Quick and easy too! 
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground sirloin
 - 1 cup BUENO® Hatch Green Chile Sauce (jarred)
 - ½ medium onion finely chopped
 - 1 egg beaten
 - 1½ tsp. salt
 - 1 cup bran flakes ground
 - ¼ tsp. pepper
 - ½ tsp. granulated garlic
 - BUENO® Seasoned Green Chile (optional)
 
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.2 lbs. ground sirloin, ½ medium onion, 1 egg, 1½ tsp. salt, 1 cup bran flakes, ¼ tsp. pepper, ½ tsp. granulated garlic, 1 cup BUENO® Hatch Green Chile Sauce
 - Form into 8 patties.
 - Grill until well done.
 - Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, BUENO® Seasoned Green Chile and slices of grilled onion.BUENO® Seasoned Green Chile
