Ingredients
- 1 lb. bag corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup Monterey jack or cheddar cheese shredded
- 1- 13 oz. container BUENO® Hatch Autumn Roast® Green Chile thawed & drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup finely sliced olives
Instructions
- Pour chips into large, heat-resistant platter or casserole dish.1 lb. bag corn tortilla chips
- Spread cheese on top. Heat in 350 ° oven or microwave until cheese is thoroughly melted.1 cup Monterey jack or cheddar cheese
- Heat green chile in saucepan to at least 165ºF.1- 13 oz. container BUENO® Hatch Autumn Roast® Green Chile
