  • 8 large hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. red onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 6 BUENO® GRANDMA’S® Original Tortillas
  • 1 – 8 oz pkg. spring salad mix
  • 1 – 16 oz jar BUENO® Hatch Green Chile Sauce


  • Combine first eight ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Warm tortillas and fill each down the center with 5-6 spring mix lettuce leaves, 1/3 cup egg salad filling, and one dollop of green chile sauce.
