Mexican Pizza
This is pizza with pizzazz, perfect for a Saturday evening!
Ingredients
- 6 BUENO® GRANDMA’S® 100 Calorie Tortillas
- 1- 16 oz. jar BUENO® Hatch Salsa
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded 3 oz.
- 3½ oz. pkg. pepperoni
- 4 to 5 oz. chorizo sliced, browned
- ⅛ medium onion chopped
- ½ bell pepper red, orange or yellow, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.

- Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Place meat toppings on top of cheese.1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded, 3½ oz. pkg. pepperoni, 4 to 5 oz. chorizo
- Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top.⅛ medium onion chopped, ½ bell pepper
- Place pizzas on a cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 7 minutes.
