  • 1 pkg. BUENO® GRANDMA'S® Original Tortillas
  • 5 avocados
  • 1 Tbsp. light sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 12 large eggs
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • BUENO® Hatch Salsa to taste


  • Heat tortillas on griddle until lightly toasted and firm.
  • Remove skin from avocado and mash flesh with fork.
  • Spread 2 Tbsp. avocado over surface of each tortilla followed by 1 Tbsp. sour cream.
  • Sprinkle each tortilla with 1/4 cup diced tomatoes.
  • Fry eggs individually, add salt and pepper to taste and place on each tortilla.
  • Add Salsa to taste.
