These fiesta beef tacos are tacos to talk about on Taco Tuesdays! Kids love them because of the taste. Adults love them because they’re so easy to make.

Fiesta Beef Tacos
Fiesta Beef Tacos have New Mexico red chile sauce in them to add color and flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- ½ cup BUENO® New Mexico Red Chile Sauce
- 1 medium potato boiled and mashed
- salt to taste
- 10 taco shells
- cheddar or longhorn cheese grated
- lettuce shredded
- fresh tomato chopped
- 1- 16 oz. jar BUENO® Salsa optional
Instructions
- Brown beef in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté.1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion
- Add tomato sauce, red chile sauce, potato, and salt as desired.8 oz. can tomato sauce, ½ cup BUENO® New Mexico Red Chile Sauce, 1 medium potato, salt to taste
- Stir well. Cook uncovered over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Place taco shells on baking sheet. Heat in a 350º oven for 5 minutes.10 taco shells
- Fill each shell with approximately two heaping teaspoons of filling.
