Special Reserve Red Chile Powder is our purest, premium chile powder.  We finely grind the heart of sun-ripened red chile pods.  The results is a deep, rich powder to be used for the finest sauces for your special dishes. And though we’ve changed the name over the years (formerly Chimayó), it was one of our original products and continues to be one of our best. New Mexico Certified Chile™.

Products are shipped via the following methods:

Dry Orders (Chile Powders and Salsas) Ship Monday-Friday. Orders we receive by 10 a.m. MST will ship out the same day. Orders we receive after 10 a.m. MST will ship out the following day.  Any orders we receive after 10 a.m. MST on Friday will ship out the following Monday.

Tortilla orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday only via 3-Day Air. Since our tortillas are made fresh to order, any orders placed after 2:00 p.m. MST on Tuesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
