- 1 pkg. BUENO® GRANDMA'S® Original Tortillas
- 5 avocados
- 1 Tbsp. light sour cream
- 2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
- 12 large eggs
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- BUENO® Hatch Salsa to taste
Heat tortillas on griddle until lightly toasted and firm.
Remove skin from avocado and mash flesh with fork.
Spread 2 Tbsp. avocado over surface of each tortilla followed by 1 Tbsp. sour cream.
Sprinkle each tortilla with 1/4 cup diced tomatoes.
Fry eggs individually, add salt and pepper to taste and place on each tortilla.
Add Salsa to taste.
