Ingredients
- 4 split chicken breasts skinless, boneless
- 14 oz. container BUENO® Frozen Red Chile
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. BUENO® Oregano crushed
- ⅛ tsp. ground oregano

- Cut raw chicken into strips. Place in a deep baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine red chile puree, garlic, salt and oregano.
- Pour chile mixture over poultry.
- Marinate in refrigerator up to 24 hours.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
