These Hatch Chile Chicken Wings are perfect for Game Days. The combination of our famous Autumn Roast® Chile, honey, and soy sauce make for delicious and light glaze.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings cooked
- 1 13 oz. container BUENO® Hatch Autumn Roast® Green Chile
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- ½ tsp BUENO® Crushed Red Pepper flakes
- salt to taste
- ¼ cup green onions thinly sliced

Instructions
- Combine green chile, honey, sugar, soy sauce and garlic powder in a saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat for 10 -15 minutes to caramelize sugars and thicken.
- Add rice vinegar, ginger, peanut oil, red pepper flakes and salt (optional) . Heat additional 1-2 minutes.
- Combine wing pieces with the glaze in saucepan and toss to cover and coat wing pieces evenly.
- Transfer the glazed wings to a serving platter and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
