- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. BUENO® Chile Powder
- 2 ½ cups water
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- 2. Stir in flour until flour turns golden. Add red chile powder.
- 3. Slowly add water and stir until there are no longer lumps.
- 4. Add garlic and salt.
- 5. Simmer uncovered 10 to 15 min. over low-medium heat.
