Mexican Pizza is a simple and easy to make dish. Hatch Green Chile Sauce, chorizo, pepperoni and tri-colored bell peppers make a tasty treat!
- 6 BUENO® Grandma's® 100 Calorie Tortillas
- 1- 16 oz. jar BUENO® Hatch Salsa
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded 3 oz.
- 3½ oz. pkg. pepperoni
- 4 to 5 oz. chorizo sliced, browned
- ⅛ medium onion chopped
- ½ bell pepper red, orange or yellow, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Spread salsa evenly over each tortilla (about ⅛ cup over each tortilla).
- Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Place meat toppings on top of cheese.
- Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top.
- Place pizzas on a cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 7 minutes.
